This is a difficult situation.   If one party insists on a Premarital Agreement and the other party insists that there be none, there may not be a marriage.   On the other hand, each party must feel comfortable with any Premarital Agreement reached and sign such voluntarily.   In the situation where one party is insisting on a Premarital Agreement and the other party wants no part of such, it is important for the parties to discuss all issues and decide how such should be handled with the assistance of counsel for each party.
