Being friendly comes easy to us because we treat our clients the way we would want to be treated if the roles were reversed. Sadly, most clients see a lawyer because of difficult situations in their lives involving the law. During these troubling times the last thing one needs is an unfriendly face or tone to add to the stress. We greet our clients personally and welcome them into our offices. Our staff are warm, polite, and never too busy to answer your calls. We call our clients by name and expect the same from them. Being friendly is something you can not fake. You either are or you are not. We are.
